We offer our menu designs three ways:
٠You can buy a copy of our template to give to your local printer to duplicate, adding your personal copy, of course.
٠You can send us your menu copy and we'll produce a 'print ready' file for you to print on your computer ink-jet printer.
٠Or we can do the whole job, design, print and film laminate if that's your option.
٠We offer these designs in four basic sizes:
8 1/2" high x 5 1/2" wide
11" high x 4 1/4" wide
11" high x 8 1/2" wide
14" high x 8 1/2" wide
Each design can be used as a stand-alone menu card, with or without your name on the back, or as one of the pages of a multi-page menu. We put the whole package together for you.
If you plan to have your local printer print your menus, please ask if has digital capabilities or if he prints using film, metal plates and printers' inks. It effects how we prepare the files. If he's not familiar with the terminology, have him call us.
You will need a separate file for each page of your menu. For example a four page menu with a front cover, appetizers, soups and salads on the inside right, entrees on the left and desserts and beverages on the back will require 4 files.
Since templates do not have headings or menu descriptions, you may be able to use the same template for more than one page.
Coming soon – Heavyweight Menu Paper – pre-printed with borders and background, but without menu headings or descriptions.
Compose your menu on your computer, using your favorite word processing program, then print it on our sheets using your computer's ink-jet or laser printer.
If you want to see how your menu will look before you print, order the corresponding menu template and load it into the background of your word processing program.

To order:
Select the size of your menu.
Decide if you want just the template or if you want us to supply 'print ready' files.
You will need a digital ‘print ready’ file for each page of your menu. For example a four page menu with your logo on the front cover, appetizers, soups and salads on the inside right, entrees on the left and desserts and beverages on the back will require 4 digital files. However, you may need only two templates: one for the cover and one for all the menu pages.
If you order a template, we'll mail it to you on a CD. You can read and print the image using Acrobat Reader, but you will not be able to manipulate or resize the image.
If you want us to add your menu copy and you're going to have your local printer do the printing, ask him if he wants digital or CMYK, color separated files. He'll understand the terminology.
We'll email an electronic proof of your menu page(s) in about five to seven working days. Sign off on the proof and we'll send a CD with the final version for you to give to your printer.
If you want us to supply a competitive price quote for printing the menus, add a note to the 'comments' box at the end of the order process.
